Wolt is an international startup running a food ordering app where customer service is the soul of the company. Its main mission is to communicate with customers: answering questions as they arise and solving problems quickly. It also includes coordinating with partner restaurants and assisting couriers. Communication takes place primarily via chat, in a direct and friendly tone. As a Chat Support Associate with Wolt, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Norwegian and English-speaking customers via our online chat system. You'll be responsible for responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing efficient and effective solutions to ensure our customers have the best possible experience using our services. .................................................................................................................................................................................................................... To be considered for this position, you must have excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English, as well as the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
