What Are the Prerequisites for Starting Work?
Before you start working, you need to complete a slide attendant or lifeguard training course, and after passing the exam, you can start working immediately! We cover the cost of this training in exchange for you committing to work for us at one of the Budapest baths for six months (totaling 450 hours).

The basic requirement for the training is that you must be able to swim because the training focuses on techniques essential for your job: for instance, after the training, you'll be able to pull a 100 kg person out of the water regardless of your own weight.
What Skills Do You Need for These Jobs?
As mentioned, it’s important to be a good swimmer, as your training and job depend on it. Reliability, attention to detail, resourcefulness, and responsibility are essential for performing your job well. To fit into the team and connect easily with guests, it helps to be friendly and approachable. Given the number of foreign tourists at the baths, good English skills will also be beneficial.
Which Baths Can You Work At Through Us?
We have partnerships with all the major baths and beaches in Budapest: Széchenyi Bath, Rudas Thermal Bath, Palatinus Beach, St. Lukács Thermal Bath, Gellért Bath, Paskál Beach, Csillaghegyi Beach, Pünkösdfürdő Beach, Római Bath, and Dandár Bath. Before starting work, you can choose which bath or beach you’d like to work at.
