In compliance with our obligation set out in Act XXV of 2023 on complaints, public interest disclosures, and the rules governing the reporting of abuses, Y Diák Iskolaszövetkezet has established an internal whistleblowing system. This system is a channel for submitting reports of unlawful or presumably unlawful conduct and/or omissions within the organisation, separate from the public complaints and public interest disclosure system, which Y Diák Iskolaszövetkezet uses for internal, confidential communication with the reporting person in the course of its operations.
Please be informed that, in accordance with the fundamental provisions set out in the Internal Whistleblowing Procedure applicable to you, Y Diák Iskolaszövetkezet is committed to ensuring that persons reporting an abuse suffer no disadvantage as a result of making a report.
