Our Service Process
Full-time students who wish to work join our student cooperative and become members. We sign a contract with them and register them so they can start working.
- We sign a contract for the ordered activity, in which our client commissions our student cooperative to perform the tasks.
- Organizing the appropriate quantity and quality of students
- Our student cooperative selects the suitable worker for the task from our database and possible search channels.
- Service
- Considering our clients' needs, we specify the execution method, time, communication used, and all necessary factors for smooth work implementation even before contracting. Before work starts, we appoint a supervisor who maintains communication with both the students and the partner's staff to ensure smooth operations. They discuss daily tasks, assist with training, monitor work performance, and handle workforce organization if needed.
- Our employees undergo the necessary aptitude tests.
- Work safety - insurance
- At the work site, before starting work, the employer must provide specific training to students, including technical, technological, fire, and accident safety instructions. If required, this training can be conducted by our staff based on the partner's documentation.
- Full-time students are insured by social security based on their student status but are not entitled to sick pay.
- Our student cooperative has liability insurance for all working students.
- Order
- We sign a framework agreement with our partners for providing services. During the contract period, the partner can send their orders via email or fax.
- Coordination - accounting
- At the end of the order, we carry out reconciliations using the records related to the work (attendance sheet, performance sheet, etc.).
- The partner's staff confirms the completion of the work after successful reconciliation. Our service is then invoiced.
