The Internship program process

During our internship program, students register with us, and we use our database and search channels to select the right candidate. Students either find a suitable position among our current job offers or seek a new employer with whom we establish a contract. We coordinate all details with the employer, and the student obtains and submits the necessary documents to the university.

  • The student registers with us.

    Our student cooperative selects the right candidate for the task using our database and various search channels.

  • The student finds a suitable company for their internship in one of two ways:

    They search among our current job listings for a position that fits their internship requirements and apply for it. IMPORTANT: They should indicate during the application that they are specifically seeking an internship so we can coordinate with the employer before the selection process.

    They find an employer with whom we do not yet have a contract, and they arrange with the employer to do their internship there. In this case, the employer will contact us first to establish the contract.

  • All details are coordinated with the employer. The student submits and completes all the necessary documents for starting the job.

  • The student obtains the necessary documents for their internship from the university.

  • If the employer's signature is required, either the student or we will send the documents to them for completion.

  • The completed documents are returned to the student, who then submits them to the university.

  • The internship can now begin!

  • At the end of the internship, if required, the employer writes the evaluation, which the student then submits to the university.
