Contest Rules and Regulations

1. Organizer and Additional Data Processors

• The contest is organized by Y Diák School Cooperative, located at 1137 Budapest, Radnóti Miklós utca 2. III. floor (hereinafter: organizer). Data processors include Corvin Stars Kft. (9023 Győr, Corvin utca 5. A. 1. building 1. floor 2.; Cg.08-09-025279).
• The contest administrator is Corvin Stars Kft. (9023 Győr, Corvin utca 5. A. 1. building 1. floor 2.; Cg.08-09-025279) (hereinafter: administrator).

2. Date and Place of the Contest

• The contest will be held on the Y Diák School Cooperative's Facebook page: Y Diák Facebook Page, as announced by the organizer.
• The contest runs from 2024.02.07 to 2024.02.11, 24:00. The drawing and announcement of results will take place on 2024.02.12.
• The contest is not organized, sponsored, supported, approved, managed, or associated with the Facebook social network (hereinafter: Facebook). Facebook administrators have no obligations or rights related to this contest, and Facebook is not liable to participants.

3. Contest Participants

• Participants must be natural persons over 18 years old with a permanent residence in Hungary or younger individuals with the consent of their legal representative (hereinafter: participants), who are registered on Facebook and comply with the contest rules. The organizer has the right to verify participants' identities and select the winner according to these rules.
• Participants must adhere to Facebook's community guidelines.
• Employees of the organizer, administrator, and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
• Those who do not meet the participation criteria or violate the rules are ineligible. If such a person is found to be a winner, they will be disqualified and ineligible to receive the prize.
• The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants for unfair or fraudulent behavior, vulgarity, or severely offensive conduct towards others, the administrator, organizer, or business partners.
• The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who attempt to manipulate the contest rules or influence the results fraudulently, including using multiple Facebook profiles. Such behavior is deemed fraudulent.
• The organizer also reserves the right to exclude participants whose behavior or Facebook profile violates Facebook's guidelines. In such cases, the account will be flagged as fraudulent, and the prize distribution will be suspended until further notice from Facebook administrators.
• By participating, participants agree to comply with the contest rules and declare that their responses do not infringe third-party rights. Participation implies full release of Facebook from any obligations related to the contest.

4. Contest Procedure

• The contest will be announced on the Y Diák School Cooperative's Facebook page, where participants must answer the contest questions in the comments according to the rules.
• The contest takes place on Facebook (www.facebook.com). Responses sent via private message or other methods are not accepted, and such participants will not be entered into the contest.
• If a winner is disqualified for not complying with the rules, they are not eligible to receive the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
• Two pairs of movie tickets for a Cinema City 2D screening will be drawn among the participants.
• Participants who meet the contest requirements and are drawn using the random.org drawing program are eligible to win (hereinafter: winners). The administrator will contact the winners within 24 hours of the draw via Facebook, and the tickets can be collected in person at the Y Diák School Cooperative office. Each winner is entitled to one prize.
• Winners are requested to send their contact details via private message on the Y Diák Facebook page, which the administrator will forward to the organizer for prize delivery. If the winner does not respond within 14 calendar days or fails to collect the prize, they forfeit their right to it.
• Prizes cannot be legally sold, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another person. The organizer reserves the right to replace prizes with similar value items. The organizer and administrator fulfill all obligations towards the winner by delivering the prize. Winning rights are invalid if the contest rules are violated.
• Participants acknowledge that the organizer is not responsible for any risks associated with the prize and has no further obligations to the winners. The contest results are final, and appeals are not accepted. Prizes cannot be exchanged or paid in cash.
• The prize draw is conducted using random.org based on participants' names. No data storage or transfer occurs on the site.

5. Processing of Personal Data

• Applicable laws: The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Info. tv.), Act XLVIII of 2008 on Essential Conditions and Certain Limitations of Business Advertising (Grtv.).
• Processed data: winners' names, email addresses, and phone numbers, processed by the organizer, administrator, and delivery personnel solely for the contest's execution. Data is used for participant identification, database entry, communication, prize awarding, announcement, and delivery.
• Winners' data is processed by the organizer based on contest participation and deleted immediately after the contest. The administrator may process data longer if legally required or to protect legitimate interests.
• Participants provide data voluntarily, but it is required for participation.
• Participants have rights under applicable laws, including access to and correction of personal data, and blocking incorrect data. Requests should be sent to ugyfelszolgalat@ydiak.hu. Withdrawal of consent results in loss of participant status and prize rights.
• The random.org drawing does not store or transmit data.

6. Final Provisions

• These rules govern the contest. Promotional and advertising materials are for information only.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify contest rules, prizes, and duration. The organizer can cancel or delay the contest without compensation. Prizes are legally unenforceable.
• Complaints or questions are addressed by the organizer at their discretion.
• Hungarian law governs these rules. Issues not covered are subject to the Civil Code and other relevant laws.
• The organizer and administrator are not liable for Facebook, internet service providers, or third-party operational errors. The organizer is not responsible for Facebook's proper functioning.
• The organizer and administrator are not liable for communication delays or obstacles beyond their control.
• The organizer and administrator are not liable for delivery issues beyond their control, such as incorrect addresses provided by winners. Unclaimed prizes remain the organizer's property.
• Participants consent to the organizer publishing contest results, including names and profiles, in social media or promotional materials.
• Comments signify acceptance of these rules.
