First steps to start working as a Wolt courier as soon as possible
- At our student cooperative, the first step is to register. For this, visit ydiak.hu and click on the login/registration option.
- If you do not have a registered account yet, click on the register button. Enter some basic information about yourself.
- Following this, you will receive a confirmation link to your email address, which you can click on to continue your registration.
I request my contract
Please provide some basic information about yourself.
Once you have provided all the necessary data for the contract and uploaded your student ID, you can request your contract.
If you clicked on the "I request my contract" button, our colleagues will check your uploaded ID and then send your digital contract to the email address you provided.
Of course, you will be informed by email about every step, including when your employment has been officially registered and you can start working.

After this comes the final step...
...which is the occupational health examination. A valid question arises: why is this necessary? The answer is simple: a certificate of medical fitness is required for every job. The referral will be sent to you by us.
You will receive your referral online either in person at our Budapest office. Péter will inform you of the details during the process of your application.
Once you have completed everything, there is nothing else you need to do...
...only to upload your new occasional agreement (employment contract) received from Y Student school cooperative through the Wolt Partner app, and they will activate it as soon as they have checked everything!

How much can I earn as a Wolt courier?
Here's how you can calculate it
Your salary is paid weekly, on the fourth working day following the day shown in the app. For example, the payment for the first period closes on the 7th, by which time you will see how much you have earned that week. By next day, you will also receive a notification indicating that Wolt has transferred your payment to the student cooperative. From the time of this notification, we will transfer your payment within three working days.
We would like to inform you that, according to the Hungarian Official Gazette Issue No. 119, effective from January 1, 2025, the personal income tax benefit for individuals under 25 years old, as stipulated under Section 29/F § 6 of Act CXVII of 1995, applies to the following groups:
- Citizens of EEA member states, which are as follows: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Netherlands, Croatia, Ireland, Iceland, Poland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Germany, Norway, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia.
- Citizens of countries bordering Hungary that are not EEA members: Serbia, Ukraine.
If your nationality does not fall within the aforementioned categories, unfortunately, you will not be eligible for the personal income tax benefit for those under 25 starting January 1, 2025.
