How Does the Y Diák School Cooperative Work? What is the Contracting Process?
At Y Diák, the contract signing process is not only easy but the cooperative also offers a variety of office and physical student jobs across multiple segments.
Want to Apply for a Student Job but Don’t Know How?
If you want to apply for a student job with us but are unsure about the contracting process, you can complete it both in person and online. The first step is to register on the Y Diák Cooperative website. To proceed with the contract, make sure to complete your profile, as any missing detail will prevent you from moving forward.
Online Contracting Process
- Upload Your Student ID: Take photos of both sides of your valid student ID with a sticker and upload them.
- Register Online: After completing the above step, send an email to ugyfelszolgalat@ydiak.hu and request an online entry package.
- Sign Electronically: The response email will contain the entry package, which you can sign on your phone or computer.
- Approval and Job Search: After your approval, the system will return it to us, and you can start browsing available jobs! For online registration, as with in-person contract signing, a parental consent form is mandatory for those under 18, which can also be filled out online by the guardian.
In-Person Contracting Process
If you prefer to register in person, you can do so at our office located in the 13th district of Budapest. Bring the following documents:
- Student ID
- Tax Identification Card
- Social Security Card (TAJ Card)
- Health booklet or any occupational health suitability paper, depending on the job
- Parental consent form for those under 18
