The primary role of the Recruitment Associate is to provide recruitment support to the local recruitment teams in Europe, Major Markets Working closely with the Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers, this role will be responsible for requisition management and candidate selection throughout the end to end recruitment process In addition, this role plays an essential part in the support of the Acquisition and Outsourcing deals Reviews and screens incoming applications in the tool Rejects unsuitable applications and informs candidates of rejection Generates and sends out offers to selected candidates Responsibilities Requisition Management/Candidate Selection Works closely with peers and team leader to contribute to the full coverage of all the supported countries at all timesGets familiar with all the official recruitment process descriptions, closely follows upon all process changes and works according to them as required. Ensures full compliance and an appropriate business controls posture at all times.
• French or German language proficient • Sufficient language skills to understand invoices • Reliable, precise, efficient, well organized • Flexible in work schedules • Some keyboard skills • Motivated (need to get the work completed successfully and accurately each day; Good at teamwork • Good sense of responsibility and problem solving
