Complete EVITA requests and send for approval within 24 hours of receipt Monitoring the EVITA database for those requests which were expired by the first approver, and send it to an alternate approver within 24 hours after the expiration Managing class enrolments after a request is approved Act as a focal point for participants with regards to requested trainings, issues Monitor task ID and reply to queries with regards to managed training’s/ requests Creating PO’s through the relevant procurement system if necessary Distributing course logistics (JI’s) for participants Distribute correct charge codes to participants Verify invoices against POs and highlight anomalies Provide relevant info to finance team (re recharges/cancellation charges to be applied) Liaise with Procurement focal point on correct path to procure courses for non IBM preferred suppliers or issues with suppliers Work with Bulk EVITA according to process Handle the Pending Approval process Handle SPVC process General learning administration
Ideal candidates should have one year of contact centre experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Customer service oriented; high customer relationship skills. Fluency in English Ability to work alone and be a team player at the same time. Excellent team skills; able to build and sustain a network of contacts. Able to remain calm under pressure. Good computer literacy, able to obtain, analyze and interpret data. Effective e-mail handling and Internet browsing skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Accuracy, preciseness in data entry and typing and flexibility Good problem solving and decision making skills. Able to present clear conclusions and recommendations, and to defend them. Good Organizational/Time Management Skills.
